About Us
A community formed by Bangladeshi expatriate taxi drivers working far from home.
Our story
Welcome to Sylhet Community Group U.A.E., a community of Sylheti expatriates living and working in the United Arab Emirates.
The committee will publish the full story of the community here.
What we stand for
Unity beyond distance
We are far from our families, but not from each other.
Helping in emergencies
When one of us is in trouble, the community responds together.
Respect and dignity
Every member is treated with respect, and every situation with discretion.
Responsible, transparent support
Decisions follow agreed rules, and every dirham is recorded.
Families at the heart
Stronger connections between members and the families who wait for them at home.
