How we handle community money

Each payment receives a numbered receipt and is recorded with date, method and reference.
Approval before payment
Assistance is paid only after an authorised committee member approves the request.

Mistakes are voided with a written reason, and every action is kept in an audit log.
Privacy for those we help
Donor details and individual cases stay private. Only totals are published.
